What are the advantages of an automated system?
The advantages are immense, increasing productivity, reducing defects, eliminating the risk of accidents at work and long-term illnesses, due to less ergonomic, heavy, noisy work and poor air quality.
How does your Project Engineering work?
Our specialist engineers will meet the customer to collect as much data as possible about what he wants, parts data, available space, etc. Afterwards, a study will be carried out with Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to find the most suitable solution.
I intend to put a robot to feed parts in a machine because it is not very ergonomic work for the employee. How long will I have to stop the machine to install and program the Robot?
With the few exceptions of machines, it will always be our policy to assemble, program and test the machines in our facilities. Ensure that on your factory floor the machine is assembled in the minimum amount of time necessary and your machine returns to production with even more production.
What brands of robots do you use in your solutions?
Usually KUKA, ABB and FANUC, however we will be able to evaluate other brands that we have already programmed.
I heard that you don't work with the brand of variable speed drives that we use in our machines, is that an impediment for you?
No, the variators work in a similar way and we can quickly install and program any brand.
I have no idea of prices for automation machines or robotics. Is it an expensive system?
Usually an automated machine pays for itself in a few years. In addition, they often avoid accidents with people, speed up production and reduce defects.
